During 23rd-24th, February, 2012, the “California raisin bread display” held in Shoei Foods Qingdao Co., ltd., a famous Japanese master Baker – Mr. Morishita Hideki, combines nearly 20 years’ award-winning formulation which had ” California raisins ” competition in Japan, develops more than 10 kinds of bakery refined products with California raisins.

During the two days, the master Baker was demonstrated and participated in the activities of the baking industry colleagues to explore the exchange of experiences, sharing baking experiences.
